These terms govern the marketing automation services provided by JR4 Digital to clients. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

JR4 Digital provides marketing automation services including missed call recovery, reputation management, lead follow-up, and customer retention campaigns. The specific services included in your plan are outlined in your service agreement.

Month-to-Month Engagement

All services are provided on a month-to-month basis. There are no long-term contracts. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice.

Payment

Payment is due on the 1st of each month for that month’s services. If payment is not received within 10 days of the due date, services may be paused until the account is brought current.

Setup and Onboarding

A one-time setup fee may apply depending on your plan. Setup begins upon receipt of your first payment. You agree to participate in onboarding activities required to configure your account, including providing business information, approving message templates, and connecting necessary accounts.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that contacts in your database have provided appropriate consent to be contacted, reviewing and approving automated message templates before they are activated, notifying us promptly of any complaints received from contacts, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to hello@jr4digital.com. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, we will export your contact data and provide it to you within 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

JR4 Digital’s total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or business opportunities.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
